We are looking for a dynamic creative professional to join our wonderful SASSO team as a graphic designer. If you so choose this new and exciting career journey, your position will be filled with brainstorming, design, concepting, strategy, big ideas, production and good ole fashioned meetings.

As a member of the Creative Team, you will be critically thinking, creatively solving problems, weaving brand stories, crafting attention-grabbing design and taking consumers on a brand journey. You will be expected to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as individually to hit deadlines that produce work that is on-point and clearly communicates with our client’s goals and needs along with balancing our agency workflow. You will be engaged daily in collaborating with the creative team, creating concepts and developing visual solutions for a variety of projects (including broadcast, print, web, social, video, radio, etc.). Thorough research will be required to understand each client’s industry, products/services, branding and marketing goals. The ability to think strategically and express those thoughts both written and verbally as well as being self-motivated is critical. Must be able to design in a variety of styles and quickly adapt those styles throughout the day.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising is preferred
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a creative graphic designer (Agency experience preferred)
  • Ability to design while adhering to brand standards and collaborating with the agency creative team and client leaders
  • Excellent attention to detail and proofing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to expand knowledge
  • Ability to work in a creative group environment
  • Comfortable with short development cycles and flexible with shifting priorities
  • Capability to work on simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Well-versed in building visual campaigns across multiple platforms and audience groups
  • Proven experience in print, social, ads, interactive, mobile and web
  • Illustration and drawing skills preferred
  • Proficient in Mac environment, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
